Our history
Medearis Construction began in 1987 with a single focus: building hotels better. Nearly four decades later, hospitality is still the core of the company, with over 50 new hotels completed and many renovations and PIPs.
The portfolio has grown to include office buildings, restaurants, retirement care facilities, mixed-use, condominiums, and custom homes. Recent hotels run from Page, Arizona to Chula Vista — five stories over a subterranean garage in Carmel Valley, a hillside build on a geogrid retaining wall in Escondido, and a record-breaking accelerated timeline in Loma Linda.

Do you take on hotel renovations and PIPs?
